What is my most memorable moment as a Bynd Artisan craftsman? Every time I make a shopping experience memorable for a customer is a memorable moment for me. For example, there was a doctor who had bought a mobile phone holder from us. I was the one who prepared the item for him. When he visited the store again some time later, he was so surprised and delighted that I still remembered him, even his profession and what he had bought.
