It was Christmas season during my first year at Bynd Artisan. A Korean family, who was in Singapore for the first time, had come into our atelier. I introduced the brand and our products to them, and they were especially excited about being able to personalise their gifts. So much so that they returned over the next few days to buy more gifts. 

"On the day of their departure, the daughter gave me a ‘thank you’ note which she had personalised herself. It was the cutest, sweetest thing. Until today, that remains one of my favourite memories of working here."

The Bynd Artisan product I most like is probably the Everyday Wristlet, which has compartments for small documents, cards, bills and coins. I think it’s convenient and stylish.”
