A stranger holding the door for you. A friend bringing you soup when you were unwell. A sincere “how are you?”. A warm-hearted smile. A passer-by offering to share their umbrella. A cab driver giving you a discount instead of a hard time when you didn’t have enough cash. A simple “thank you”. An unexpected compliment.

These are the little things that make a big difference. Remember how good, grateful, fortunate and less alone they made you feel? That’s the impact of kindness.
