It was my first time shopping at BA, so I was quite clueless about especially since I was looking for a gift. A young chinese lady staff(i forgot her name) was patient to recommend me several products and guided me to my purchase of this card holder and 2 other notebooks. Was also told that the notebooks papers can be replaced once its fully used. Packaging was also top notch, ready to be given as a gift. Overall, a good experience.
