Order and Payment

Placing an order

After you have added an item to your shopping cart, you can review your selections to update quantities, change or remove items and/or colours. Upon review, you can either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order. You can checkout either as a guest or by registering an account with us.

After clicking on “Submit Order”, a confirmation message with an order number will be sent to your registered email. If you have an account, you can also view history of your past orders by logging in to your account.

By placing your order, you make an offer to us to purchase the selected product(s). In relation, you are also separately creating a contract with Bynd Artisan to arrange for the delivery of the purchased products to your designated address.

If the item that you ordered is either out of stock due to an inventory error or unforeseen delays by the manufacturer, you will be contacted within 2 working days* by email. The unavailable item will be cancelled from your order and you will be refunded through a promo code which can be used to offset the next purchase. Please note that a registered account with Bynd Artisan is required to receive the promo code.

For change of delivery address, please contact us via email within 24 hours from time of order placed.

Bynd Artisan & its affiliates reserve the right to reject service, terminate accounts or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment made online will be processed via PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Discovery & Amex). PayPal protects the buyer's information as no financial information is transmitted. A confirmation email is sent out by PayPal for each transaction conducted in this way.

All prices listed on the website are in SGD. Bynd Artisan reserves the right to amend the prices at any time without prior notice. Discount codes are only valid for a stated period of time; they will not be accepted after expiration date.
